4 6-8oz Atlantic Salmon Filets
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 Cup Red Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Fresh Dill, chopped
8 oz Fresh Horseradish, grated (or jarred)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Lemons, zested segments removed and chopped
1. Mince garlic and mix all ingredients together
2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper
3. Smear an even layer on top of a piece of salmon to form a crust
4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
5. Place the salmon on a lightly oiled baking sheet skin side down with 2 lemon halves facing up
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy
